The Job Lead will oversee and direct jobsite activities, working side by side with the team ensuring a safe, productive, and organized work environment. Responsible for jobsite safety, preparing worksite trailers, requesting materials, leading and supporting the crew, meeting production milestones, and preventing tool and material loss.
